SERVICE
Situated on 5.5, acres, Britannia Yachting Center provides complete yacht service. With a well-rounded, highly respected crew of mechanics, carpenters, painters, and riggers, our crew works year round, to maintain a fleet of over 1200  boats and yachts.
       
FACILITIES/EQUIPMENT
Our buildings are clean, tidy, lighted, and heated. Concrete floors provide an excellent working surface. We operate two 15-ton travel lifts; one 50-ton travel lift; a 20-ton hydraulic trailer; a 15-ton mobile crane; and a stationary mast crane.
       
MECHANICAL
Our mechanical team is best known for its ability to decipher fuel system problems, trouble-shoot electrical system issues, and re-power engines, but the longevity and experience of our crew allows us tackle virtually any service challenge that comes our way.
       
REFINISHING
Our finish department is headed by an industry veteran, with over three decades in the business. Our reputation for fine finish work includes Awlgrip, varnish, and conventional paint application. In addition, this crew is well-versed in major fiberglass repair.
       
ELECTRICAL
Our electronics projects are handled by ABYC certified marine electricians, making us capable of handling any electrical project or challenge.
       
CARPENTRY
Our carpentry shop is very capable. Recognized to be among the best in the business, this department is headed by another industry veteran. Whether tackling interiors, built-ins, transoms, trim, or plank-on-frame restoration work, our wood shop crew is meticulous. Additionally, our master carpenter has a special affinity for classic wooden yacht restoration.
       
RIGGING
Our riggers service furlers, wind instruments, winches and all other things critical to sailboats. Off-season, we store masts indoors away from the wear and tear of harsh winter weather.
